La Bamba attempts to be as accurate as possible in the description of the Products. However, we cannot guarantee that any descriptions are totally accurate, complete, reliable or error-free. The images of the Products on the Website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we attempt to display the colors accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer’s display of the colors accurately reflects the color of the Products.
All items are quality controlled and checked for faults before they are shipped to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact champs.jackie@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving the item to receive prior to sending the return to request a return authorization. Products with any sign of wear will not be accepted for a return.
The customer is responsible for any return shipping and packaging costs. We recommend you use a shipping courier with delivery and tracking capabilities. La Bamba is not responsible for lost or misdirected returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
US (GROUND) RETURNS PROCEDURE:
1. Email champs.jackie@gmail.com to request a Return Authorization
2. Pack and securely seal the merchandise in shipping packaging
3. Purchase shipping label with tracking capabilities.

5. Email sales@aylabamba.com the return tracking number to ensure delivery and return processing.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your purchase so that you can exchange the product.
